Our Iron Squat Stands are a standard for independent squat stands, combining the strength and stability with the efficiency of a new bolt-together, triangular gusset. Each unit includes a pair of 1.83m uprights with hole spacing in the Westside pattern through the bench zone—so users can specifically set up the included J-cups at 1” increments.
Individual squat racks are often chosen by Olympic lifters for their small footprint and low profile design. The new Iron Stand takes up the least amount of space on a platform and can easily be maneuvered by one person.
In the testing, the Iron Stands easily took on 200Kg squats and 130Kg jerks with no issues.
